Meet Our Team
A business entrepreneur at heart, Ed has run several successful companies. His passion for using and developing high quality software makes him a tough critic when it comes to reviewing new titles to offer to our clients. Ed manages the operations and financials of Inclusive Solutions, runs our systems and generally is the one who solves everybody’s problems!
Lisa has worked in the AAC industry in South Africa, the UK and Europe for over 10 years. She is inspired by the life-changing effects that technology can bring to the lives of people with complex disabilities, and has helped many families to re-establish communication with loved ones. Lisa has extensive experience in conducting assessments, training and using assistive technology to meet the needs of people with special needs. Mom to two young boys, life is busy and interesting!
‘Freddie’ is the friendly voice you’ll hear when you phone Inclusive Solutions. Born in the coastal town of Knysna, she is calm and efficient and will help you with quotes and orders, and direct your enquiry to the relevant person. She studies accountancy part-time, plays the woodwind and enjoys meeting interesting people. She loves that her work allows her to assist people with disabilities and enable them to change their lives.

Desirae’s passion for AAC is something that chose her. Ten years ago when she was investigating options to help her daughter, who has complex special needs, AAC was one of the most revealing doorways that changed their lives. Emma represents our team in the Eastern Cape. She is an Occupational Therapist trained in Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDT) and Ayers Sensory Integration (SI). Emma also completed her Masters Degree in AAC. Emma is passionate about AAC and skilled in supporting both paediatric and adult clients. Emma assists with technical support and is always ready to help.
Sipho is a Special Needs Teacher who struggled to reach some children in her classroom, until she learned about the benefits that AAC and inclusive teaching methods provide. She is now devoted to training other educators and helping them to support all learners. She loves sharing her experience with fellow teachers and seeing the impact that technology can make on people’s lives.
Mandisa ensures that our deliveries are packaged and sent with extra love and care! Born in Johannesbug, she loves the vibe of the city and will be the friendly face who provides the coffee when you pop in to visit our Bedfordview office. If you’re in the area, why not pop in?

We like to collaborate with teachers, therapists and other professionals around the country to help us reach our customers, wherever they might be. If you’re experienced in AAC or Assistive Technology, we’d love you to join our network. We’ll refer clients to you for assessment and you’ll have access to some of the latest technology and training.
