The trusty SmartNav headmouse is no longer available, but there are good alternatives available for those needing to control their computer, tablet or phone using head movement. Power wheelchair users can now also control their computers using their wheelchair joysticks, with a Bjoy Ring.
QUHA ZONO
The completely wireless Quha Zono Mouse offers a flexible, plug and play alternative to a regular mouse. It can control computers and tablets or even some phones, wirelessly and can be worn on any comfortable part of the body e.g. head, foot, wrist, with very little movement required. Works with Windows, Android and iOS – some devices might need an OTG adapter to work.
QuHa Zono has built in gyroscopes – sensors that respond to the slightest movement – so wherever you point, the mouse will go. It is neat, extremely accurate with pixel precision, fully adjustable for speed and sensitivity, easy to use and can be worn in many ways. It is supplied with a clip-on bracket for attaching to a cap, glasses, watch etc., or there are various mounting accessories available: Frameless Glasses or an adjustable headband to name a few.

· QUHA PUFO+ A little puff to mouthpiece will generate a left mouse click and two short puffs a double-click. The dragging can be easily done with a long puff.
GLASSOUSE
Designed for daily use, GlassOuse is worn like a pair of glasses and connects to mobile phones, computers, tablets and Smart TVs via Bluetooth to revolutionize the use of technology for those with restricted mobility.
GlassOuse uses a 9-axis gyroscope to detect even the slightest head movements to move the cursor. To perform clicking actions, you can choose the most suitable switch control option from the G-Switch Series or you can use GlassOuse V1.2 directly via Dwell software.

The BJOY Ring is a brilliant device that allows you to quickly adapt your wheelchair joystick so it can be used to access a PC, tablet or smartphone. Regardless of the applications you use, you can take full control.
The completely configurable software allows you to adjust the sensitivity, pointer speed, functionality and more so that it is configured to your needs. Mouse clicks can be assigned to switches. Connect up to four receivers to control multiple devices, like your tablet, phone and an environment control unit. Fully compatible with Grid 3 and Communicator 5, it connects to Windows and Android devices via Bluetooth receiver, or a wired USB version is available.
